Are Your Shipping Rates?
We ship using Canada/USA ExpressPost. The
rates are very reasonable and are determined entirely by the
weight of your order. Most parcels take 3-6 business days within Canada, and 6-14 business days within Continental USA,
depending on where you're located.

There Sales Tax/Duty?
Canadian customers will be charged GST/HST. There are no taxes applied when an order
is shipped to the USA. Customers in the USA are responsible
for any import duties that may be applied. Payment of any duty is the sole responsibility
of the customer.

Is Your Return Policy?
You may return goods for any reason as
long as they are returned within two weeks from the day you
receive your order. Returns should be in original packaging
and clearly marked Return to Sender - Unsatisfactory
Goods. All returns must be sent
via USA Postal Service NOT via UPS.
There will be a 15% restocking fee in
most cases and postage will not be refunded. Please

or use the search feature to find exactly what you're looking

Do I Use the Shopping Cart?
While you shop you can add items to your
cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" buttons. To view
the items in your cart click the "My Cart" button
located at the top-right hand corner of the page. Once finished
shopping use the "Check Out" button located at the
top, right-hand corner of the page. Once in the "Check
Out" screen, enter your payment information and we will
email you with the total cost including shipping.
